The Usage Overview section provides a snapshot of your current usage limits across various tools and services within your subscription plan. This helps you monitor and manage your resources effectively.

Metrics in the Usage Overview

Example: 0 / 2500 indicates you have conducted no audits out of the 2500 allowed.

2. Backlinks

Shows the number of backlinks being tracked compared to your plan’s limit.

Example: 0 / 10,000 indicates no backlinks are being monitored out of the allowed 10,000.

3. Explorer

Tracks how many times the Site Explorer tool has been used.

Example: 0 / 5000 shows no usage so far out of the 5000 permitted.

4. Keywords

Displays the number of tracked keywords within your account.

Example: 0 / 250 indicates no keywords are being tracked yet.

5. Planner

6. Rank Tracker

7. Users

What Happens When You Reach Your Limit?

• If you hit the usage cap for any metric, you won’t be able to perform additional actions in that category (e.g., adding more keywords or conducting new audits) until the limit resets or is increased.

How to Increase Usage Limits?

1. Upgrade Your Plan

• Navigate to the Billing section in the Settings menu.

• Click Upgrade Plan to move to a higher subscription tier that includes increased limits for all tools.

2. Request a Custom Quote

• For tailored requirements beyond the standard plans, reach out to Zutrix Support to discuss a custom plan.

Tip

Regularly monitor your usage to avoid interruptions in your workflow. If your usage is approaching the limit, consider upgrading early to ensure continued access to all Zutrix tools and services.
