How to Create a Scheduled Report

Scheduled reports in Zutrix allow you to automate the delivery of project performance insights to selected recipients at regular intervals. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Access Scheduled Reports

1. Navigate to the Reports section in your Account Settings.

2. Click on the Add Scheduled Report button.

Step 2: Configure the Report Template

1. Select a Project: Choose the desired project from the dropdown menu.

2. Choose a Report Type:

Basic Report: A simple overview of keyword rankings and performance.

Detailed Analysis: A comprehensive report with detailed metrics and analysis.

Executive Summary: A high-level overview focusing on key metrics.

3. Configure Display Options:

• Enable or disable features like Graphs, Keywords, Info Metrics, and Filters.

4. Export Options:

• Choose the format (PDF, Excel, etc.).

• Set the desired Date Range.

5. Sorting Options:

• Sort data by Position, Volume, etc.

• Select ascending or descending order.

Click Next to proceed to the scheduling configuration.

Step 3: Schedule the Report

1. Set the Frequency:

• Options include Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

2. Specify the Time:

• Choose the time when the report will be generated.

3. Add Recipients:

• Enter the email addresses of the recipients and click Add.

• At least one recipient is required.

4. Branding:

• Select the branding template (e.g., Default Branding, Custom Branding).

Step 4: Finalize the Schedule

• Review your configuration settings.

• Click Create Schedule to confirm.

Managing Scheduled Reports

After creating the scheduled report:

• View it in the Scheduled Reports table.

• Edit, pause, or delete reports using the action buttons next to each report.

• Enable Graphs for visual trends in rankings and traffic.

• Choose Info Metrics for summary statistics like average position, share of voice, and CTR.

4. Export Options:

Format: Select between PDF or other available formats.

Date Range: Default options include Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or custom date ranges.

5. Filter Options:

• Refine the summary using advanced filters:

Device: Focus on Desktop, Mobile, or All Devices.

Position Range: Highlight keywords in specific ranking positions (e.g., 1-10).

Search Keyword: Include a keyword filter to focus the summary on specific topics or terms.

Step 3: Schedule the Report

1. Set Frequency:

• Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to align with reporting needs.

2. Select Time:

• Pick a delivery time that aligns with stakeholder requirements.

3. Add Recipients:

• Enter email addresses to send the report to key stakeholders.

• Multiple recipients can be added.

Step 4: Create Schedule

• Review your configuration settings for accuracy.

• Click Create Schedule to save and activate the scheduled report.
