How to Create a Scheduled Report

Step 1: Access Scheduled Reports
1. Navigate to the Reports section in your Account Settings.
2. Click on the Add Scheduled Report button.
Step 2: Configure the Report Template
1. Select a Project: Choose the desired project from the dropdown menu.
2. Choose a Report Type:
• Basic Report: A simple overview of keyword rankings and performance.
• Detailed Analysis: A comprehensive report with detailed metrics and analysis.
• Executive Summary: A high-level overview focusing on key metrics.
3. Configure Display Options:
• Enable or disable features like Graphs, Keywords, Info Metrics, and Filters.
4. Export Options:
• Choose the format (PDF, Excel, etc.).
• Set the desired Date Range.
5. Sorting Options:
• Sort data by Position, Volume, etc.
• Select ascending or descending order.
Click Next to proceed to the scheduling configuration.
Step 3: Schedule the Report
1. Set the Frequency:
• Options include Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
