To ensure transparency and help you keep track of your subscription payments, Zutrix allows you to easily access and download your invoices. Follow the steps below to retrieve them:
Steps to Download Your Invoices:
1. Navigate to the Billing Section
• Log in to your Zutrix account.
• Go to Settings from the top-right menu or sidebar.
• Select the Billing tab in the Settings menu.
2. Access Invoice History
• Under the Latest Invoice section, click the View All button.
• This will open your Invoice History, where all past payments are listed.
3. Find the Invoice
• Browse through the list to locate the invoice you need.
• Each entry will include details such as payment date, amount, and status.
4. Download the Invoice
• Click on the invoice number or download icon associated with the desired invoice.
• The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file to your device.
Where to Find Your Invoices?
All invoices are stored in the Invoice History section within the Billing tab. You can revisit and download invoices anytime for record-keeping or accounting purposes.
