Canceling your subscription on Zutrix is a straightforward process. However, it is important to note that canceling your subscription will result in the permanent deletion of your account data. This action cannot be undone. Follow the steps below to cancel your plan:

Steps to Cancel a Plan:

1. Navigate to the Billing Section:

• Log in to your Zutrix account.

• Click on the Settings tab in the navigation menu.

• Select the Billing option.

2. Locate the Cancel Subscription Option:

• Scroll to the bottom of the Billing section.

• You will see a Cancel Subscription button highlighted in red.

3. Review the Warning:

• Read the warning carefully. It states that canceling your subscription will permanently delete your account data.

4. Proceed with Cancellation:

• Click the Cancel Subscription button.

• You may be prompted to confirm your decision to ensure no accidental cancellations occur.

5. Confirmation:

• Once confirmed, your subscription will be canceled, and your account data will be scheduled for deletion.

Important Notes:

Data Deletion: All account data, including reports, projects, and other user-specific information, will be permanently deleted after cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before the end of the billing period, you may still have access to your plan’s features until the end of the cycle.

Refunds: Refunds are not issued for partial use of the subscription unless specified in the terms of service.
