The Shareable Links feature in Rank Tracker allows you to create public links for sharing your project’s data with others, such as clients or team members. Here’s how to set up and customize these links:

1. Access Sharing Settings

In the Rank Tracker dashboard, go to the Actions column next to your project and click on the Settings icon (three dots). Select Sharing Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Enable Public Access

In the Sharing Options panel, toggle the Your domain is public switch to make the project accessible via a unique link. This action generates a public URL for the project.

3. Customize the Link

You can edit the link’s ending to make it easy to remember or more relevant. For example, you might rename it to reflect the brand or domain.

4. Copy the Link

Click the Copy icon to copy the link to your clipboard. You can then share this URL with anyone who needs access to the project’s data.

5. Save Changes

Once you’ve configured the sharing settings, click Save changes to activate the link.

Note: Be cautious when sharing public links, as anyone with the link can view the data. Ensure that you only share it with trusted individuals or teams.

With unique shareable links, you can easily provide access to real-time project data, making collaboration and reporting more efficient.
